Our Pine Nuts:

For over 5 generations, pine nuts have been our mission. Noble seeds, produced by trees of the species Pinus , with unique organoleptic properties. Rich in fiber, proteins, Omega 3, vitamins and minerals, they are the undisputed protagonists of many typical recipes of Italian cuisine.

Our pine nuts are harvested in the Pisa area strictly in local pine forests, the production takes place following ancient processing secrets handed down over time, thanks to which we obtain a healthy and completely natural product, a distinctive feature that makes our pine nuts unique and unmistakable for quality and taste.

Harvest and processing periods:

October-March: Shaking of pine trees and collecting pine cones.
October-April: mechanical opening of the pine cones and processing of the pine nut
April – August: opening of the pine cones stored in the yards to the sun and processing of the pine nuts.

Each manufacturing process is sustainable, carried out on site, without the use of any type of chemical product to make the pine nut whiter.
