Pine nuts have always been our mission. These noble seeds, produced by trees of the Pinus species, possess unique organoleptic properties. Rich in fiber, protein, Omega 3, vitamins, and minerals, they are the undisputed protagonists of many traditional Italian recipes. Our pine nuts are harvested in the Pisa area, strictly from local pine forests. Production follows ancient processing secrets passed down over time, resulting in a healthy and completely natural product, a distinctive feature that makes our pine nuts unique and unmistakable in terms of quality and flavor.

From the Heart of the Natural Park

Our pine nuts are grown in the Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli Natural Park: over 23,000 hectares of woods, pine forests, and protected wetlands.

Here, among maritime and stone pines, we handpick only the finest fruit, bringing the authentic taste of an uncontaminated territory to the table.
