PINE NUTS RECIPE: SPAGHETTI WITH TUNA, PINE NUTS AND LEMON
Today I will present you the recipe to prepare the spaghetti with tuna, pine nuts and lemon , a first course detoxifying, very easy to cook and ready in a few minutes; this recipe is great to enjoy if you are trying to get in shape for the fateful swimsuit test, since it is a dish rich in proteins and carbohydrates and contains a small percentage of fats.
INGREDIENTS:
- 350 GR OF SPAGHETTI
- 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
- OIL to taste
- 30 GR OF TOASTED PINE NUTS
- 4 ANCHOVIES IN SALT
- 100 GR OF TUNA IN OLIVE OIL
- SALT TO MEASURE
PREPARATION
- In a pan with a little bit of oil fry the cloves of garlic chopped up.
- Add the pine nuts toasted, the anchovies cut into cubes and then the tuna in olive oil cut into thin flakes.
- Mix everything carefully and let the mixture absorb the flavour for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted water.
- Drain the pasta as soon as it is al dente and add it to the tuna mixture, anchovies And pine nuts .
- Sauté them in a pan, season with the parsley finely chopped and the lemon zest cut into julienne strips.
